We are a Startup from Berlin, building the Job-Platform of the 21st century looking for a very talented Full Stack Engineer to join us!

You will be able to work on interesting projects on your own terms, we expect you to be great at self-organization.Our team already employs two Fulltime employees from tunisia.

We don't require any formal qualifications like college degrees. We believe in a self-thought approach + a good mindset in terms of getting things done.

(Obviously it's not disadvantage to have a degree, though!)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Management

• Plan and develop new features and experiments in our React Native App

• Design new features and iterate quickly

Qualifications

• Typescript Expert (required)

• React Native Senior (required)

• Track record of great projects (ideally developed on own terms, huge plus)

• Design Skills / Figma (huge plus)

Process

1. Apply for this position, ideally with a project reference which demonstrates you are able to learn on your own terms

2. Interview: Our CTPO will get to know you in an informal interview. We are mostly interested in getting to know your skills + accomplishments

3. Test-projects: If we believe, you are a great fit for the job, you will be given (paid) test projects, to see if you are a great fit for the company

4. Signing: If the test projects were successful, we will move on with a long-term contract
